Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to integrate Gravity Forms with Launch 365, enabling users to view form data directly in Launch 365.
Key Steps
1. Prerequisites 0:10
- Ensure you have administrator access to your WordPress website.
- Confirm that you are an admin within Launch 365.
2. Access Integration Partner Section 0:31
- Navigate to the integration partner section in Launch 365.
- Locate the Gravity Forms card.
3. Set Up Integration 0:42
- Click on ‘Set Integration’ or ‘Setup Integration’.
- You will be prompted to enter the Set URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret.
4. Retrieve URL from WordPress 0:54
- Go to your WordPress account to grab the URL.
5. Enable REST API in Gravity Forms 1:11
- In WordPress, click on ‘Forms’.
- Hover over to ‘Settings’ and select ‘REST API’.
- Ensure the REST API is enabled.
6. Add API Key 1:21
- Click on ‘Add Key’.
- Provide a distinguishable name for the key.
- Select a user with administrative privileges.
- Ensure ‘Rewrite Access’ is granted.
- Click ‘Add’.
7. Copy Consumer Key and Secret 1:58
- Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret provided after adding the key.
8. Enter Keys in Launch 365 2:10
- Paste the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret into the respective fields in Launch 365.
9. Save Settings in Gravity Forms 2:21
- Close the API settings and click ‘Save’ or ‘Update’ in Gravity Forms.
10. Finalize Integration in Launch 365 2:37
- Go back to Launch 365 and click ‘Save’ to complete the integration.
- Look for a success message indicating successful authentication.
11. View Form Submissions 3:05
- Click on the button to view forms and submissions.
- You will be redirected to the Gravity Forms analytics area.
12. Access Submission Details 3:20
- Select a filled form to view all submissions.
- Click on ‘View’ for additional information about each submission.
Cautionary Notes
- Always ensure that you save changes in Gravity Forms before attempting to connect to Launch 365.
- Failing to save in Gravity Forms may result in an error message during the connection process.
Tips for Efficiency
- Keep your API keys secure and do not share them unnecessarily.
- Regularly check for updates in both Gravity Forms and Launch 365 to ensure compatibility.
