Adding Tags for a Contact on the LaunchSMS App

Tags can be managed in two ways, we’ll cover them here.

Managing tags in the message chat screen

1. Navigate to the LaunchSMS App Inbox

2. Select a message

3. Click the Tag icon here.

4. Select the tags you want to assign to the contact

5. Click “Save”

6. To create a new tag, click the tag icon

7. Click “Add New Tag”

8. Enter the name of your new tag in the “Tag name” field.

9. Click “Create”

 

Adding Tags from the Contact Details screen

1. Updating tags can also be done on the Contact Detail view. Click on the contact avatar at the top of the message chat screen

2. Click “Manage Tags”

3. Select the tag(s) you want to assign a user
