Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to integrate Long 365 with your Call Rail account, ensuring proper setup and functionality for tracking calls.
Key Steps
1. Access Integration Section 0:26
- Navigate to the integration section of Long 365.
- Locate the Call Rail card.
2. Start Integration Setup 0:35
- Click on ‘Setup Integration’ to proceed to the integration page.
3. Obtain API Key from Call Rail 0:45
- Ensure you have admin access to your Call Rail account.
- Search for ‘API keys’ in the Call Rail account.
- Generate a new API key or use an existing one.
4. Insert API Key into Long 365 1:42
- Return to the Call Rail integration page in Long 365.
- Insert the API key you obtained from Call Rail.
- Click ‘Save’ to authenticate the API key.
5. Configure Call Rail Account Settings 1:59
- Enter the correct Call Rail account name (e.g., ‘leads’).
- Select the appropriate company from the dropdown (e.g., ‘JV’).
- Click ‘Save’ to finalize the connection.
6. View Call Rail Dashboard 2:29
- Click on ‘View on Long 365 Dashboard’ to access Call Rail information.
- Alternatively, navigate to ‘Analytics and Insights’ > ‘Call Tracking’ to find Call Rail data.
