Overview
The Nexus AI Assistant, is part of the LaunchSMS Autoresponder and its settings can be found there.
Prerequisites
- Before access the Nexus AI trainer, please make sure that the app is enabled for you and that you have access.
- Make sure you have completely setup the Nexus AI Trainer.
- Make sure you have turned on the after hours autoresponder.
Accessing and Enabling the Nexus AI
To access the Nexus AI Trainer, please follow these steps:
- After logging in as an Admin, click on the cog on the upper right hand.
- Navigate to Communication > Autoresponder
Nexus AI Basic Setup
- Enable Nexus AI AutoResponder
- Toggle this to turn Nexus AI on.
- Conversation Depth
- This is maximum number of responses Nexus AI will give before terminating the conversation
- Stopping Conditions
- Customers can use any of the words listed or additionally provided to terminate a conversation with Nexus AI
