Overview
The GravityForms Addon allows your website forms to automatically send contact information directly into LaunchSMS. This streamlines your workflow by eliminating manual data entry and ensuring all lead information is immediately available in your LaunchSMS account for immediate followup
Prerequisites
Before setting up the GravityForms addon, ensure you have:
- Active GravityForms Plugin with License key: A valid GravityForms subscription with API access
- Admin access to LaunchSMS: Access to the Integrations Settings page in LaunchSMS.*
- Downloaded the LaunchSMS GravityForms Addon

Setup Instructions
1. Upload GravityForms Addon Plugin
- Log into your WordPress website as an administrator
- Navigate to Plugins → Add Plugin
- Click Upload Plugin
- Click Choose File
- Navigate to where you downloaded the LaunchSMS GravityForms Addon Plugin
- Click Install Now
- Then Activate it
2. Configure the addon settings
Navigate to Forms → Settings

Then click on the LaunchSMS Tab

Enter your LaunchSMS API Key

You can then choose to have the GravityForm submissions deleted after the contact data is sent to LaunchSMS.
Now, click Save Settings
3. Setup the GravityForms to LaunchSMS data feed
Navigate to Forms → Forms
Now select the form you want to setup the data feed for.

Then go to Settings → LaunchSMS

Now click Add New

In the LaunchSMS Feed Settings you will need to do the following. You will need to give your feed a name. Then fill choose the remaining Field Mappings.

Then choose your Default Lead Status. Hint: You can select New Lead to start
Once completed click Save Settings.
