Data Sources

EmailUnsubscribeSettingyou configure on the survey page, so custom reasons appear in analytics immediately.
Dashboard Sections
- Summary Cards
- Today / Last 7 / Last 30 / All Time unsubscribes with diff-friendly badges.
- Each card simply counts records within the corresponding window.
- Top Reasons
- Displays the top five reasons with progress bars showing share of all-time unsubscribes.
- Recommendations
- Static guidance (segmenting lists, refreshing cadences, monitoring big sends) to help teams act on trends.
- Recent Unsubscribes
- The last 20 opt-outs with email, reason, freeform details, and timestamp so support/marketing can investigate spikes quickly.
Workflow Tips
- Use the Edit Survey shortcut to adjust reason wording as soon as you see vague responses. Clear options produce clearer insights.
- Pair this dashboard with Email Performance filtering to see which automations drive the most opt-outs.
- Export data (via DB query or future API) if you need to share metrics with leadership—counts are already grouped, so summarizing weekly reports is easy.
- Keep the page bookmarked for daily standups; spikes are often early warning signs of content fatigue or segmentation issues.
