LaunchSMS Messenger Channels allow users to identify where customers are contacting them from. For example, a customer contacting a company using Facebook Messenger can be identified in the LaunchSMS Messenger as:

What Messenger Channels are available?

Although you can use virtually any channel (using the LaunchSMS API), we specifically look for the following channels:

Web Form – Typically used to identify leads that come from form fills on their website

Facebook Messenger – Used to identify leads that come from Facebook Messenger

Facebook Ads – Used to identify leads that come from Facebook Ads

Web Chat Widget – Used to identify leads that come from the LaunchSMS Widget

Angi Leads – Used to identify leads that come from Angi

Google Ads – Used to identify leads that come from Google Ads

Pay special attention to the letter case used in each channel. They will need to match what is above to work effectively.
