Nexus AI Co-Pilot automates scheduling, customer communication, and more. Nexus Co-Pilot is designed to work side-by-side with your customer service teams to assist them gathering relevant customer information and providing guidance, solutions and scheduling.

Prerequisites
- Before access the Nexus AI trainer, please make sure that the app is enabled for you and that you have access.
- Make sure you have completely setup the Nexus AI Trainer.

- After logging in as an Admin, click on the cog on the upper right hand.
- Navigate to Communication > Autoresponder
- Locate the Nexus Co-Pilot toggle
