Getting Started with AI Trainer

Overview

The Nexus AI Trainer enabled clients to automate their webchat in a better and faster way. For example, it allows agents and admins to improve the suggestions agents get on their screens during conversations by reviewing the conversation, priority and intent and improving the Nexus AI model through conversations.

The Nexus AI Trainer Settings Page is part of the Nexus AI Assistant, which helps automate and streamline various business processes. This page allows you to configure settings and provide detailed information about your company, services, and operational goals.

Prerequisites

Before access the Nexus AI trainer, please make sure that the app is enabled for you and that you have access.

Accessing and Managing the App

To access the Nexus AI Trainer, please follow these steps:

 

  1. After logging in as an Admin, click on the cog on the upper right hand.

2. Navigate to Nexus AI

Getting to know the different tabs and sections in the AI Trainer

  1. Basic Info
    • Company Name: Enter your company’s name.
    • Phone Number: Provide your company’s contact number.
    • Company Website: Input the URL of your company’s website.
    • Company Email: Enter the official email address for business communications.
    • Company Address: Provide the physical address of your company.
  2. About Us
    1. Company Overview: A text area to describe your company’s background, mission, and vision.
    2. Financing Link: Provide a URL for any financing options available.
    3. Special Offers: Describe any special offers your company is providing.
    4. Hours of Operation: Detail your business hours.
    5. Holiday Closure: List any holidays your business is closed.
    6. Brands We Carry: Dynamic fields to add and manage the brands your company carries, installs and/or represents.
  3. FAQs
    • FAQ Questions and Answers: Dynamic fields to add, edit, and remove frequently asked questions and their answers.
  4. Services Offered
    • Service Details: Dynamic fields to add, describe, and remove the services your company offers.
  5. Services Not Offered
    • Service Details: Dynamic fields to add, describe, and remove services that your company explicitly does not offer.
  6. Conversation Goal
    • Goal Description: Explain the primary objective of your chatbot’s conversation flow, such as converting inbound users into leads.
  7. Review Management
    • Positive Review Handling: Describe how positive reviews should be managed.
    • Negative Review Handling: Detail the approach for handling negative reviews.
  8. Service Area
    • Service Area Zip Codes and Radius: Define the geographical area your company serves by entering zip codes and specifying a radius. This section also includes a map to visualize the service area.
  9. Excluded Content
    • In this area you can instruct Nexus AI to not mention certain things, or not take certain actions.
