LaunchSMS Widget Update — New Features & Improvements
Schema Markup Update:
Chat Widget sidecar now includes schema markup.

Agency Branding Update:
As agencies are added to LaunchSMS, each agency will be able to control the branding that appears on the LSMS admin console as well as the chat widget.

Bug Fixes:
- Sort Order updated to show Form Entries by submission date.
- Light / Dark Mode toggles now change the theme color of all analytics charts.
- Fixed an issue with user count not matching what is available in the selected tier when creating/editing LaunchSMS pricing tiers.
- Fixed bug with Broadcasts not being able to be created because the default number was not acknowledged as being present on backend.
Updates:
- Updated Broadcast Personalization: Updated broadcast personalization so contact variables no longer fall back to “Valued Customer” when numbers are formatted differently. Now the original +{country+code}{area_code}{phone_number} and ({area_code}) {phone_number} will pull up appropriate Contact information when using variables in Broadcast Messages
- Messenger Update: Switched to have the Unread Message tab be the active tab when users first arrive to that page. Previously Read Messages were the first active tab.
- Lead Channel Management: Initially defaults were global across all companies. Now each company lead channel is associated to an individual company.
- Angi / Homeadvisor Update: Angi Leads (fka Homeadvisor Leads) now include interview details in the message body that appears in the LSMS Messenger

- Rating Aware update for Nexus Ai: Nexus reply generation is now rating-aware and added a 5-star guard so no written-comment reviews get a direct thank-you instead of a “please re-submit” prompt. Updated the OpenAI prompts to include rating context, forbid “can’t analyze” messages, and ensure 5-star reviews never ask for additional feedback while still allowing sub-5-star replies to invite details. Passed the star rating into the generator from the Google review fetch flow.
- New Phone number field added to Team Management view: Phone Number / SMS field added to Agency creation process.
New LaunchSMS Help Center
Our latest update provides an all new Help center that will gives LaunchSMS users new insights on how to locate help documentation along with providing new access to the latest LaunchSMS Release Notes, Help Desk requests and Roadmap development.

Users will be notified by identifying the red indicator dot located next to the "?" icon
