LaunchSMS provides a Marketing Opt-In widget that you can customize and embed directly on your website. The LaunchSMS Marketing Opt-In widget allows your customers to opt-in to receive SMS marketing messages from you. This will give you an overview of how the LaunchSMS Marketing Opt-In Widget is set up.
Step 1. Navigate to the Marketing > Marketing Widget page in the Admin Settings
Before we proceed let’s familiarize ourselves with the Marketing Opt-In Widget settings
- Call to Action – This is the message that customers will see when the widget appears on the website.
- Google Analytics – You can enter your Google Analytics code here to track event data
- Widget Appearance – This section manages the color of the widget
- Confirmation Message – Upon filling out the Marketing Opt-In Widget, your customers will receive a message you customize here on the widget
- Auto Response Message – This is an SMS Message you can send your customers upon submission of the Marketing Opt-In Widget.
Once you have set up your widget you can preview its appearance and move on to step 2.
Step 2. Now grab the script supplied to you and add it before the closing body element </body>
The Marketing Opt-In Widget is now live on your website, and you can start building your SMS marketing opt-in list
