The LaunchSMS mobile app takes your customer engagement on the go. Send review requests and communicate with your customers when you are not in the office. Navigating the mobile app is a breeze:
The Menu & Settings Screens
These areas allow for navigation around the app as well as useful information for logging out, debugging and additional app information.
The Main Menu Navigation
The main app navigation can be accessed by pressing the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines, stacked) on the top left corner of the app.
About Screen
This screen shows information about the app including the user and company information, and device information.
Settings Screen
This screen shows basic information about the Agent or Company Admin currently logged into the app. They can also use this screen to log off the app as well.
The Messages Screen
Incoming customer messages are managed on this screen. Messages can be Archived, Unarchived, Deleted, and Sorted through.
The Main Messages Screen
Incoming customer messages are managed on this screen. Agents and Company Admins can see every message that has come through and communicate with each customer directly from the app.
Archiving & Deleting Messages
Archiving or Deleting Messages is easy in the app. Simply find the message you want to delete or archive, swipe that message to the left and you will see options to Archive (Blue) and Delete (Red).
Bulk Selecting Messages
Some times you may want to select multiple messages for deletion or archiving. You can do this by selecting the file cabinet icon on the upper right, and pressing Select Messages.
Switching Active, Archived & Sorting Messages
By pressing the three dots on the upper right hand you can select messages that are Archived, or Awaiting Responses, as well as sort through messages from Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest.
Unarchiving Messages
If you have selected to view Archived Messages, you can swipe to the right and and press the Unarchive button (Green)
Selecting Messages
Press each message you want to either Delete or Archive and press the desired option below (Delete, Archive, or Cancel)
The Single Messages Screen
Individual customer messages are managed on this screen. Agents and Company Admins will communicate to individual messages on this screen. Options for viewing message history, Lead Disposition, Message Options, and Nexus AI options for Message Assistance and Analysis are found here.
The Main Single Message Screen
Agents and Company admins can communicate with individual customer messages here.
Marking Lead Disposition
Mark the lead disposition of each message directly in the app. Just click on the plus button on the upper right hand corner to see the lead disposition options.
Nexus AI Options
Welcome to Nexus AI, the LaunchSMS AI Assistant. Nexus AI can review message history and supply users with suggested responses as well as analysis. Press the Lightning icon located in the bottom right of the screen.
Nexus AI Message Analysis
Nexus AI can review a thread and let the Agent know the tone and priority of the message as well provide a suggested action the Agent can take.
Viewing message time history
To see what time an individual message was sent or received, just swipe the message to the left and you can view the time.
Message Options
Additional options exist to enhance the messaging experience with contacts. Options to insert a picture from your gallery, take a picture, select a response template or send a review request can be done by pressing the plus button on the bottom left (next to the message text area).
Nexus AI Assisted Responses
Nexus AI can review a message thread and generate a response based on information provided in the Nexus AI trainer or any other relevant information based on what it has learned.
Quick SMS Templates
Quick SMS Templates can be used when sending a Review Request as well as when sending a customer a message. If you are on the Review Request screen you can view the Quick SMS Templates by pressing the "Templates" button. If you are on the Messages screen you can view Quick SMS Templates by pressing the "+" icon in the message bar.
Send a message
Sometimes you need to initiate a message to a contact. If you want to do that while using your mobile device, just go to the Messages screen and press the chat icon located on the bottom right (blue circle). From there you can enter in the customer information and send a message to the contact directly from the app. You can also select a Quick Message template by pressing the page icon on the top right of the Message section.
The Review Request Screen
Requesting a review from a customer can be done from this screen. Simply get the user's name, phone number, and email address, then include a quick message or use a Quick SMS Template and send a review to your customer.
Reviews Screen
This screen shows a list of the most recent reviews received for a company. App users can see reviews, respond to reviews, and view responses to reviews.

This screen shows a list of the most recent reviews received for a company.
Nexus AI Assistant Review Response
Use Nexus AI to respond to your review. Just click on the Lightning Icon located in the upper right hand corner, and Nexus will generate a response based on the tone of the review submitted.
Review Response Screen
This screen shows a single review given by a customer and a response by someone in the company or organization.
