How to Add External Review Sites in LaunchSMS

Enhancing your online reputation is crucial for business growth. By directing satisfied customers to leave reviews on external platforms, you can boost credibility and attract new clients. Follow this step-by-step guide to add external review sites within the LaunchSMS platform.

Step 1: Access the External Review Sites Section

1. Log in to your LaunchSMS account.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard.
3. From the main menu, select Settings > External Review Sites.

Step 2: Add a New Review Site

1. Click on the Add Review Site button located at the top-right corner.
2. A modal window titled Add a Review Site will appear.

Step 3: Fill in the Review Site Details

1. Select the Review Platform:

   • Click on the dropdown menu labeled Review Site.
   • Choose the desired platform (e.g., Google, Yelp, Facebook) from the list.

2. Enter Your Company’s Review Page URL:

   • In the Site URL field, input the direct link to your company’s review page on the selected platform.

3. Preview the Site Logo:

   • Upon selecting a platform, its logo will display on the right side of the modal for confirmation.

Step 4: Save the Review Site

1. Review the entered information for accuracy.
2. Click the Save button to add the review site to your list.

Step 5: Manage Existing Review Sites

• View Added Sites:

  • The External Review Sites page displays a table of all added platforms, including columns for Site, Site URL, and Action.

• Edit a Review Site:

  • Click the Edit icon next to the site you wish to modify.
  • Update the necessary information in the modal window.
  • Click Save to apply changes.

• Delete a Review Site:

  • Click the Delete icon next to the site you want to remove.
  • Confirm the deletion when prompted.
