LaunchSMS Allows companies to send review requests surveys directly to their customers from the Messenger dashboard and the app. Before a company can do so it must be setup. These instructions will walk you through how to do that.
Navigate to the Review Settings found in Admin > Review Settings
Next, we’ll configure the review survey. Start by clicking on “+Review Form Configuration”
Enter in the Review form Message, External Review Site Message, and Review Confirmation. Note, if you click on “See the default message” you can copy and paste that information in the fields.
Once that is completed you can start to add review sites.
