LaunchSMS Allows companies to send review requests surveys directly to their customers from the Messenger dashboard and the app. Before a company can do so it must be setup. These instructions will walk you through how to do that.
Navigate to the Review Settings found in Admin > Review Settings
Click on “Review Settings” on the left admin menu and now click on “+Add Review Site”.
Select the review site you would like to use, and enter the URL for your company’s profile. Click Save.
Once you select the review site you would like to appear in the survey enter the URL for that review site that is specific to your company.
Next you can setup your Review Email Settings
