Customer Tags

Tags help you organize and label your customer interactions. You can create, and edit tags for better data management.

This tutorial will cover how to create customer tags

Navigate to Settings > Workflows > Customer Tags

2. Click the “+Add Tag” button located in the upper right

3. Enter the name of your customer Tag, select a color for your tag, and toggle the Status to the right.

Note the tag status must be turned on before applying it to any customer.
