Starting a conversation is quick easy, we’ll cover it here:
Desktop App
Make your way to the Messenger and locate the “Start Chat” button located on the top left.
Click “Start Chat” and you will see a pop-up
- Enter the Contact’s Name
- Enter the Contact’s SMS Phone Number
- Create your message by either typing it in or using the Quick SMS Templates
