After you’ve signed into your Google Tag Manager Account you’ll need to install the Webchat code in Google Tag Manager before it will appear on your website.
To install Webchat in Google Tag Manager:
1. If you haven’t done so already copy the webchat code to a clipboard
2. In Google Tag Manager, click Tags.
3. Click New
4. Click Tag Configuration
5. Select Custom HTML
6. Paste the WebChat code
7. Name the tag LaunchSMS Webchat
8. Click Triggering
9. Select All Pages
10. Click Save
11. Click Submit
12. Add a version name and description
13. Click Publish
