When LaunchSMS review requests go out to customers they go out in the form of an email and/or text message. That email or text link will point to a page that asks a customer to leave a review for that company
The email settings area allows you to dictate where the neutral and negative responses are pointed to. They can be sent to a form on your website or any other online page
Quick Tip: When adding Neutral and Negative links make sure you have pages that are dedicated to that kind of response.
