Add a discount to a product or subscription using coupons and promotion codes.
LaunchSMS users can create coupons to apply discounts to the subscriptions you offer. You can also use coupons to create promotion codes to share with your customers. Customers can redeem these promotional codes to apply discounts to their subscriptions.
How do I create a coupon?
Navigate to the admin settings on the upper right of the main navigation
Now, navigate to Payments and click Coupons
Click the + Add Coupon button
Next fill in the fields needed to create a coupon
- Name: The name of the coupon being created
- Amount Off: The actual dollar amount that is taken off the subtotal for the duration of the coupon.
- Percent Off: The percentage amount that is taken off the subtotal for the duration of the coupon.
Do NOT add numbers to both Amount Off and Percent Off. Please only choose one to apply to a coupon.
