Payment Reminders are a great way to let customers know that they have a payment that is still outstanding in your system.
To send a Payment Reminder
Navigate to the admin settings located in the upper right of the main navigation
Next, go to Payments and click on Outstanding Payments
Search for the contact you would like to send a reminder to
Click Remind
