How to configure the Review Form

Configuring the Review Form in LaunchSMS allows your company to customize the feedback experience for your customers. This guide will walk you through setting up and managing your Review Form Settings effectively.


Accessing Review Form Settings

  1. Log in to your LaunchSMS account.
  2. Navigate to Admin > Review Settings.

Configuring the Review Form

  1. Initiate Configuration:

    • Click on the +Review Form Configuration button to begin setting up your review form.
  2. Customize Messages:

    • Customer Experience Form Message: Enter the message displayed on the Customer Experience page. This message guides customers through the review process.
      • Tip: Click on “See the default message” to view and use the standard message as a template.
    • External Review Site Message: Input the message shown above your list of external review sites. This encourages customers to leave feedback on platforms like Google, Yelp, etc.
      • Tip: Use the default message as a starting point by clicking “See the default message.”
    • Review Confirmation Message: Craft the message that customers will see after submitting their review, thanking them for their feedback.
      • Tip: The default message can be viewed and copied by clicking “See the default message.”
  3. Upload Review Request Image:

    • Include an image that will appear with every review request sent to customers.
      • To upload, click on the Choose File button and select an appropriate image file from your device.
      • Note: This image adds a personalized touch to your review requests.
  4. External Review Settings:

    • Display External Sites First: If you prefer customers to be directed to external review sites before filling out the internal review form, check the Display External Sites First option.
      • Note: Ensure you have set up your external review sites prior to enabling this option.
  5. Save Settings:

    • After configuring all desired settings, click the Save Review Settings button to apply your changes.

Managing External Review Sites

To enhance your online presence, it’s beneficial to add external review sites where customers can leave feedback.

  1. Add External Review Sites:
    • Navigate to** Admin > Review Settings > External Review Sites.
    • Click on the Add Review Site button.
    • Fill in the necessary details, such as the site name and your company’s review page URL on that platform.
    • Save the information to include the site in your list of external review options.
