How to use the LaunchSMS CRM

The LaunchSMS CRM is an easy-to-use tool to effectively manage your contacts within the platform.

How to locate the CRM

You can go to the CRM by clicking on the “People” link in the main navigation

CRM Navigation

Once you have made it to the CRM screen you will see a list of every contact that you interacted with using LaunchSMS.

On the left, you will see 2 navigation items

  • People – This is the primary page of the CRM and will show your contacts.
  • Companies – This section allows you to see any external company data you have setup.

Managing a Contact

  • Updating Contact Record – In the People tab, click on the pencil icon and you will be able to update the contact record.
  • Viewing Contact Record – In the People tab, click on the eye icon to view your contact’s information.
  • Deleting a Contact Record – In the People tab, click on the trash icon to delete your contact.

Creating a Contact

Creating a contact is also easy. Follow the directions below:

  1. On the left navigation in the CRM click on “People”.
  2. On the top right click on “+ Add Contact”
  3. Enter in as much of the information that you have about the contact.

If you have companies created you can assign your new contact to a company using the “Company” dropdown that appears at the top.

Creating a Company

Creating a company is also easy. Follow the directions below:

  1. On the left navigation in the CRM click on “Companies”.
  2. On the top right click on “+ Add Company”
  3. Enter in as much of the information that you have about the company.
