Overview
Guided Review Flow adds an AI-assisted draft step between customer sentiment selection and review submission. Customers can generate a draft, edit it, copy it, then continue to the correct review destination based on your settings.
Prerequisites
- Your review form is active.
- At least one review destination is configured (internal form and/or external sites).
- Optional but recommended:
- ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Dispatch Scout connected
- Nexus Trainer data completed
- Company profile completed (business type + location)
Step 1: Enable Guided Review Drafts

- Go to Review Form Configuration (link).
- Turn on Enable AI Review Suggestions.
- Save changes.
Step 2: Set Review Destination Rules

- In External Review Settings (link), choose your routing behavior.
- The single Continue button in Guided Review Flow will follow this rule automatically.
- Save changes.
Step 3: Configure Data Sources (for smarter drafts)
- Connect ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Dispatch Scout (if used by your business).
- Complete Nexus Trainer company/service data.
- Complete Company profile (business type, city/state, etc.).
Step 4: Use Review Invitations from Automations
- In your automation step, send review invites using the review link token.
- Each send creates a unique invite context.
- Job-complete context is attached to that invite when available.
Step 5: Test the Customer Journey
- Send a test review link to yourself.
- Open the link.
- Tap the happy face.
- Confirm:
- Draft auto-generates on first load.
- You can edit and copy draft text.
- Clicking Continue routes correctly.
How Draft Content Is Chosen
Default priority:
- ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Dispatch Scout job context
- Nexus Trainer data
- Company profile data
Manual override:
- If the customer types into Service Type (optional) and clicks Generate Draft, that value becomes the top priority for that generation.
Customer Experience Notes
- Drafts are optional and editable.
- Nothing is auto-posted.
- Each review link can generate a fresh draft.
- Clicking Generate Draft again will produce a new variation.
Troubleshooting
- Server Error on Generate Draft
- Confirm AI suggestions are enabled.
- Confirm integration/profile data exists.
- Retry from a fresh review link.
- Draft not relevant
- Enter a service in Service Type (optional) and regenerate.
- Continue button goes to wrong place
- Recheck External Review Settings routing preferences
