Using LaunchSMS, Agents can send and receive payments via text message. In the LaunchSMS Messenger you’l create a link using the products found in the Products Catalog. The products should contain a description and an amount due. You’ll then send the link to your client or customer and they can pay directly from the message.
To send a payment request
Go to the LaunchSMS Messenger, select the message you want to send a payment link to. Then click Payment in the message box editor.
Add a product from the Product Catalog. If necessary, you can add additional items to the payment request by clicking the product selection box.
If necessary, include an invoice number.
Click Create payment link.
After reviewing the message, click Send.
