The LaunchSMS Autoresponder is used to give a company’s customer an indication of whether or not they have contacted the company during their actual hours of operation.
When a company’s customer fills out the LaunchSMS Chat Widget they are provided a confirmation that their message was sent successfully. That confirmation message can be configured to have a different message depending on if the company is contacted during business hours or not.

Setting up the Autoresponder is easy to do. Follow the instructions below:
Navigate to Admin > Autoresponder
Fill in the following:
Autoresponder field: This is the confirmation response people will see once they have successfully submitted their request.
