Smart Review Routing
- Users who are sent a review request will now be sent a link that directs them to a basic form that gauges their mood before sending them to links on their website for neutral or negative moods, and for good moods send them to the LaunchSMS review form.
ServiceTitan Review Integration
- By connecting ServiceTitan to LaunchSMS, you can automatically send review requests to your customers every time new jobs are completed.
- Users can now use their ServiceTitan invoice summary to create a Google Business Profile Call to Action Post.

Amazon Web Services
- We’ve upgraded the Amazon Web Services EC2 instance that the desktop app is being served on.
- The LaunchSMS RDS Database has also been upgraded.
