How to setup Notifications

LaunchSMS already sends push notifications to users who have the app installed on their iOS and/or Android devices. If companies use the online dashboard they will receive notices on their as well, but if a company has additional employees who would like to receive notifications but not be actual Agents or Company Admins in LaunchSMS then you can add them to the Notifications section and they will receive notifications for a New Chat Message, and when a New Review Submission is entered. Here is how you set this up.

Navigate to Admin > Communications > Notifications

Email Notifications For New Chat Message: Enter in the comma-delimited email addresses into this field. Example: email@companyname.com,email2@companyname.com

SMS Notification For New Chat Message: Enter in the comma-delimited phone number with country code into this field. Example: +19194445555,+7864561234

Email Notifications For New Review Submission: Enter in comma delimited email addresses into this field. Example: email@companyname.com,email2@companyname.com

SMS Notification For New Review Submission: Enter in the comma-delimited phone number with country code into this field. Example: +19194445555,+7864561234
